Co-Founders Dr. Carl Le Roux and Cindy Smith truly believe by working with the 3 minds (conscious, unconscious, Higher Consciousness) and the physical body this program will be life changing for you. The overall premise of this process is, as the Practitioner flows Archangel Raphael’s Healing Energy to a cellular level of the physical body to receive; the practitioner states words for the client to repeat aloud. The focus allowing the 3 minds to work together which includes your free will and ego and encourages congruency within to truly receive and believe in the Powerful Healing thru Archangel Raphael and the Divine. Dr. Carl Le Roux developed the language to speak to the body in clinical terminology the physical body will understand and accept on a cellular level. Cindy Smith has developed the Angel Empowerment Techniques and practice.

Join the AEH™ Healer Team with the purpose of supporting individuals in taking charge of their health and contributing to greater healing, one person at a time. The 2026 Angel Empowerment Healing Training is available online via Zoom or in person in Calgary, AB. Instruction includes both long-distance and in-person healing, with Cindy teaching the program online or in person. All depending on in person registrations.

 Cindy Smith AEP
Cindy Smith is the founder of the Angel Empowerment Practitioner Certification Course™ and co-founder, with Dr. Carl Le Roux, of Angel Empowerment Healing.
She helps individuals trust their intuition and Divine Guidance while using Angel Empowerment tools to support health, wellness, harmony, and self-trust.
With a background in nursing and counselling and a Master’s in NLP, Cindy combines practical knowledge with intuitive gifts in her teaching. Her passion is helping people move from “I can’t” to “I can.”
Cindy has worked with Divine Energy as a Light-worker since 2008. In 2014, she was guided by Archangel Raphael to focus more deeply on physical healing. Although she initially resisted adding another modality, her Angel Team showed her a vision of Dr. Carl, bringing relief and a sense that more would unfold for the future of this healing work.
